Should you be dissatisfied with your order upon receipt, we will provide a full refund or facilitate an exchange for any new, unused item returned in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Free Returns We provide complimentary returns for items returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns that are insured and postage prepaid by the purchaser will be accepted up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Please note that oversized items are excluded from the complimentary return policy.
Oversize Items Oversize items—including, but not limited to, rods, rod and reel combinations, and inflatable kayaks—will be clearly identified on their respective product detail pages. Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non‑refundable for all returns.
Return Conditions All merchandise submitted for return or exchange must include the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Sales of spooled line, as well as live or frozen bait, are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. To ensure proper processing, a copy of the original invoice or packing slip must accompany all returns.
Manufacturer’s Warranty Certain products may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, which may require items to be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Please contact us for assistance in facilitating warranty returns.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) To initiate a return, customers must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For orders that qualify for complimentary returns, a return shipping label will be provided.
Order Errors In the event of an error on our part, both the original shipping and handling charges, as well as return shipping costs, will be waived. Please allow 3–5 business days for the issuance of credit or the shipment of an exchanged item.
