FIN-ATICS offers FREE Shipping and handling on all orders over $200.00 via our Standard Delivery within the lower 48 US States. If you prefer faster shipping, please select either Express Delivery or Overnight Air Express, which are available on in-stock items. Oversize, bulky, and multiple package shipments may require additional charges. You will be advised via email or phone of any additional shipping charges. Most in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days. If your order will not ship within 2 business days, you will be notified via email or phone. Tracking numbers are emailed to you when shipment is in transit.

Standard Delivery: In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-6 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

Express Delivery: FIN-ATICS will expedite your order to be delivered within 2-3 business days after your order is received, GUARANTEED. Orders will utilize air service unless expedited ground service is faster.

Large and/or heavy items may require additional charges.

Overnight Air Express: Your in-stock orders placed before 11:30 AM Eastern Time (Monday through Friday) will be delivered the next business day. For this service, add $20 to Standard Express rate ($30 for AK and HI).

Returns Policy :

Every item comes with FIN-ATICS' 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any unused item in the original package within 30 days.

In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must posses the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please, clearly print/type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of original invoice or packing slip. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. There are no returns or credit available on pre-spooled line. Please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed. The returns department requests that we allow 2-3 week's turnaround time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.
